We hope you’re delighted with your new jewellery, but we’re here to make it right if something isn't quite right.

Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unworn and in their original condition
• Returned in original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

To start a return, you can contact us at info@voguish.ie. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund using your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 working days of receipt.

Items Excluded from Return

We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on the following:
• Earrings, for hygiene reasons
• Personalised or custom-made items
• Gift cards
• Sale items (unless deemed faulty)

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we sincerely apologise. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, including your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or full refund as appropriate—at no cost to you. 
We cannot process any faulty returns without them being returned to us for further investigation.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty. We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
